Big Breakfast

Today's big breakfast was composed of porterhouse steak, cooked rare and topped with creme fraiche with grated horseradish, and a poached egg, mushrooms sautéed in olive oil and garlic, and grilled tomatoes. A plain baguette and long black coffee on the side completed the picture.

No need for protein shakes with this kind of diet!
